Reservation Policy:

All reservations are subject to availability.
To secure a booking, a valid credit card is required.
Different reservation types (e.g., standard bookings, non-refundable bookings, group bookings) may have specific payment and cancellation policies. Please review your booking confirmation for details.

Check-in and Check-out:

Official check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon).
Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is only permitted in dedicated smoking areas or on the balcony/terrace of your apartment. Smoking inside the apartments or in public areas is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee may be applied for a violation of smoking in the apartment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and the notice period. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds in the event of cancellations or changes. Refunds for cancellations on other reservation types are subject to the terms stated during the booking process.

Damages and Losses:

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
No-Show Policy:

If you fail to arrive at the resort on your scheduled check-in date, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day of arrival, and you will be charged for the full stay period.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or changes to their travel plans.

Privacy and Data:

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), we reserve the right to cancel reservations without liability. Refunds will be provided as appropriate.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
